MyWishes along with NHS Hospitals Charity, Dani Ayre (Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) and Clare Fuller (Speak for Me LPA) organise the UK’s National Advance Care Plan Day.

Part of the awareness day’s scope includes a national conference dedicated to all things advance care planning, The videos from the 2025 national conference are now live and free to access.

We look forward to running this campaign once again in in 2026. It will of course, be bigger, better and of even higher value than the last two years. 🙂
